At Femmi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Eligibility for a Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its unopened and sealed condition.
  • The refund request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@tryfemmi.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a return.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
  3. Return the Product: Once we approve your return, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
    • Shipping cost for returns is $12.95 and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is unopened and in sealed condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Exclusions:

  • Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned for a refund.
